The types of information we keep/ collect is those regarding your name, email address, phone number, your address, Childs name, medical info and any other information you provide us with when signing your child up to Activity B’s clubs.
When giving us your personal information via our website you are agreeing that you consent to us holding your information. We may use your information to send you news letters and information about the clubs, to provide you with information or promotions that may be of interest. This is also used to secure future bookings. We may also use your information for any other purpose which we will state at the time of taking your details.

If Activity Bs disclose any information it will be in guidance with the Data protection act 2018. This may be due to companies who perform services of behalf of us. All companies will be required to keep any personal data shared secured at all times in line with our regulations.
Activity B’s do not currently use ‘cookies’ or any other type of teaching system. If this information changes Activity B’s is to give. Notice of this change.

Activity B’s Terms & Conditions
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover the services that we provide to you. The terms apply to all of our clubs bookable through the Activity B’s website. Make sure you read these terms, polices and procedures before booking in with us.
What we do?
At Activity B’s we provide breakfast and after school clubs. We are a small business which we started in September 2023.
How to contact us/ how we contact you?
You can contact us at any time via email activitybs@outlook.com or phone/ text on 07802735274. We will always reply to emails within 24hrs unless otherwise stated. If we need to contact you we will do this via email or phone.
Our contract with you?
Your order will be confirmed by us when you receive an email to say that your booking is confirmed. At this point a contract has started between us and you. If for any reason we are unable to accept your order will inform you of this change and you will not be charged. If money has been taken already you will be refunded or money carried over to the next session. You can see our cancellation policy below. This is a UK only website. You have the right to end this contract at any time.
Want to make changes?
I you wish to amend your booking please email us, we will be able to tell you if this is possible or not, also give you any relevant information about the booking changes that may apply.
If we need to make changes?
We may need to make changes in order to keep within changes of regulations, requirements and laws.
What do we need from you?
In order to reserve your booking we will need to ask a few questions to gain the relevant information about you. This information will consist of your name, address, contact number, or any other relevant contact numbers, email address, living address, emergency contact details, you child/ children’s name, date of birth, medical info, dietary requirements, your relationship the child.
Drop off and collection?
You will drop your child off at the stated location when booking your place into one of our activity clubs. You will need to collect your child/ children no later than the finish club time stated when booking. If you are late there will be a late fee implemented, please see our late collection policy below.
Illness?
If your child is poorly please notify us and do not bring them to club. You must notify us if your child will not be attending a session you have booked as soon as you become aware as charges still may apply. You can contact us by email activitybs@outlook.com or via phone 07802735274.
Injuries occurring whilst in our care?
If an injury was to occur to a child whilst in our care we will make sure to record any incident and the treatment given also the suggested next steps and the staff member who provided first aid. The person collecting the child at club will also be made aware and a note will be made of this.
There will be a fully qualified paediatric first aider at all clubs.
Your rights to end the contract?
You are always able to end your contract with us. Your rights will depend on what your reasoning is for the termination of the contract. Wether it was due to something wrong with it, you don't need the care any longer, how we are performing when you choose to end the contract also. To end your contract you just need to contact us explaining you’d like to end your contract. If you do this with less that 24hrs notices you will still be charged for the club/clubs you have booked.
Our rights to end the contract?
We have the right to end the contract if it is broken. There can be other reasons we may end the contract this includes no payment (You will be given a reminder of missing payment and expected to rectify this within 24hrs. If no payment is received you will be given a written warning and your Childs place at club will be at risk you have 48hrs to make payment. If still no payment your contract will be terminated and place lost), you do not follow our regulations, the is constant cases where you or your child/ children to not comply with our reasonable requests or instructions.
